Please note the following important information:
The registration fee ($15 for new students and $10 for returning students) and the registration form are due August 15th. Register early because class size is limited to 12.
*** PAYMENT PROGRAM!!
- In full by July 25, 2009 (15% discount) or by August 25, 2009 (10% discount)
- Ten automatic deductions (based on yearly total tuition cost) from Checking account, Visa or Master Card (A service fee of $25.00 will be assessed and drafted on all payments declined by bank or credit card for insufficient funds or any other reason.)
- NOTE: We do not accept checks or cash.
Tuition payments will be charged on the first of each month from September 1 to June 1 and costume payments will be charged on November 1 and December 1.
No deductions or refunds will be made for classes missed. Make-up classes are available.
Classes will resume Monday, September 14, 2009 and will continue through Friday, June 11, 2010.
Classes will NOT be held on: 11/25-11/29, 12/23 -1/4, 3/30-4/5 and 5/29-5/31
Inclement weather: Call studio to inquire if class will be canceled due to bad weather. In the event that class is canceled, students are expected to find a time to attend a make-up class.
Observation weeks will be held December 6th-12th and March 14h-20h for family members. This is an opportunity for parents to see their dancers in action. Parents of our teenage dancers are strongly encouraged to attend observation week. Showcase weeks are 5/8-5/15. This is a terrific opportunity to get a sneak preview of the spring dance concert and provide feedback to the choreographers and students.
Costume money will be charged in TWO installments: 11/1 and in full by 12/1. The costume fee will range between $55 and $75.
